The food was Very good and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose dmas. All in all good value. Proximity to the airport, just 9 miles.

Nice clean rooms and a fairly decent breakfast included in the rate.

We arrived late and there was no hot water. Nobody explained that you had to switch it on. After been out camping the night before we were really looking forward to a nice hot bath. Very disappointing. I recommend that the staff switch on the hot water on the day that they know the room has been booked to ensure that this does not happen again.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise - well appointed and comfortable ... good location and reasonably priced for Muscat

Two-point appliances and three-point sockets ... and no adaptors supplied. We were a bit like Goldilocks ... our bed mattress was very soft, our friend's mattress very, very hard!
